RDI is setting up shop as a multi-line distributor specializing in wire, electrical, plumbing, and building products supplied to RV OEMs.

The four partners (pictured), all veterans of RV manufacturing, distribution, and dealer services businesses, include John Curran, Brent Diver, Rod Humphreys and Larry Dorfman.

As the four discussed what the new company should focus on, they agreed their success would be tied to improving on the level of customer service other companies currently provide.

“We will build a company around the promise that we deliver on time, every time and with absolutely the correct order,” Co-Founder Dorfman says.

As a start-up, RDI can build from scratch the processes and technology to provide OEMs with customer service that is superior to what exists currently in the market. “Led by this experienced, talented team, we are building a service that will far exceed what our customers expect,” Dorfman says.
