RVs Move America Economic Impact Study was released June 3, 2019 at the RVIA annual meeting.

It revealed the RV industry has an overall economic impact on the US economy of $114 billion, supports nearly 600,000 jobs, with more than $32 billion in wages, and pays more than $12 billion in federal, state, and local taxes.

The announcement was made by Garry Enyart, RVIA chairman, and Onan/Cummins Director of Mobile Generator Sales & Coach Care.

Airstream Adds Trimmed Globetrotter Models

156804151799841.jpgThree years after it revived the Globetrotter name, Airstream announces a pair of new, smaller models with new floorplans but the same four interior décor options.

The new Globetrotter 30RB and 30RB Twin models share 30 foot, 11 inch exterior length and 8 foot, 5.5 inch exterior width. Both sleep six with the former equipped with a queen bed and the latter twin beds. A refreshed convertible dinette doubles as an additional sleeping space, the company says.

The two models have more windows, the company’s Fusion audio and connectivity system and a 10 cubic foot, two-way refrigerator.
