RV Cares adds a lift strut to the queen bed on its Northern Spirit XTR ultra-light travel trailer to create the Max Bed storage system.
Unveiled for dealers at the Forest River Product Expo at Open House in September, the Northern Spirit XTR features struts to lift the entire mattress base and mattress and provide access to the entire under-bed storage area.
The Northern Spirit XTR also features a downsized platform that will appeal to consumers who drive smaller tow vehicles.
RV Cares is Canada’s largest RV dealer network. It produces the Northern Spirit brand in partnership with Coachmen RV.
Formed in 1999 and currently numbering 77 dealer locations, RV Care dealers provide service to customers of all dealers in the network. The service is an important benefit for consumers and enhances the ownership experience.
The RV Care Northern Spirit XTR received favorable reviews from dealers at the Open House event.
Dealers expressed confidence that “customers would be blown away with the added storage of Max Bed storage system,” RV Care VP of Sales and Marketing Derek Paterson says.
“Max Bed is an innovative and refreshing concept the design team and Coachmen bring to the RV Care dealer group,” Paterson says.
The 30 authorized Northern Spirit dealers can expect the first model, the 2145 RBX, in stock by the end of the year. A bunk model is scheduled to begin shipping early next year.
The new Northern Spirit XTR brand will be shown at most major RV shows across Canada throughout the 2020 show season.
