Two featured programs highlight the RVDA Convention and Expo finance and insurance and sales education tracks at next month’s event.
Two hour-long workshops, one by Karla Kramer and one by Paul Sheldon, both of Protective Asset Protection, will provide valuable education for dealers and their staff.
Protective Asset Protection is a Convention and Expo Gold Partner and for 20 years has been a consistent top-level supporter of the annual event.
The RVDA Convention and Expo is scheduled for Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip.
Set to begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, Sheldon’s session, F&I 2020: A Clear Vision for the Future of F&I, reviews how to enhance communication skills with customers from every generation.
Also included in Sheldon’s F&I program are the six most important reasons customers need F&I products and ways to integrate the F&I process across all departments of a dealership.
Then on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 9:00 a.m., Kramer will present instruction on how dealers and their staff can set-up a 15-minute Impactful Sales Training program at their dealership.
Kramer’s 15-minute sales training model reviews how to reinforce new sales skills and behaviors and how to identify the differences between a sales meeting and sales training. The design of a CHAT training program will be covered as well as an explanation of the proper way to conduct follow up discussions with sales employees.
Protective is also sponsoring the Society of Certified RV Professionals award ceremony on Monday, Nov. 11.
Sponsored by RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, the 2019 RVDA Convention and Expo includes education tracks for F&I; sales; social media; eMarketing and BDC; fixed operations; rental operations; and general management.
Convention updates, registration and training schedules can be found on the convention website.
