Dealers can learn the keys to increasing the value of their businesses at a Dealer and General Manager-track seminar at the RVDA Convention and Expo next month in Las Vegas.
Hosted by certified financial planner Brad Stanek, (pictured) the program is called Growing Value: Eight Drivers to Significantly Increase the Value of Your Business.
Stanek’s program is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 14, at 3:15 p.m. during the convention at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip.
During this workshop, attendees will learn:
• Eight key value drivers and their impact a business’ value;
• Immediate actions to improve a company’s value driver scores;
• Key factors for obtaining future buyers.
Stanek is a Certified Financial Planner and Financial Advisor who provides financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the RV Industry.
Stanek and his team have partnered with RVDA to also offer the 2nd Opinion Process to help dealers find solutions to pressing financial concerns. The consultation is offered free to RVDA members.
The tracked education program includes seminars and workshops targeted for F&I, sales, social media/eMarketing/BDC, fixed operations, rental operations, and general management.
