As group president, Schnur will lead LCI’s aftermarket teams, including aftermarket sales, customer service, marketing, information technology, business systems, customer experience, and the LCI Technology division, based in Sterling Heights, Mich.

In his 23-year career at Lippert, Schnur served most recently as LCI’s Chief Administrative Officer and has held several other senior leadership positions.

In his early career at LCI, Schnur led many of the company’s early technological advances.

Schnur’s teams implemented LCI’s first Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other technologies, such as Materials Resource Planning (MRP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Advanced Engineering Systems, Customer Resource Management (CRM), and call center technology

Throughout his tenure with the company, Schnur has helped build and lead teams that spanned technology, engineering, and customer service.

Schnur has been instrumental in the company’s success, Lippert CEO and President Jason Lippert says.

“His leadership and knowledge of the company, our industries, the people and processes have helped us become the company we are today,” Lippert says.

LCI’s aftermarket division has accomplished much during Schnur’s time with the company and “we are ready to take it to the next level,” he says.

Schnur says he promises to “make our aftermarket division the best it can be.”

“As technology becomes more prevalent, LCI will do everything possible to unify new technologies with the products that we manufacture and with the end consumers that buy our products,” he says.
