“Lorne was instrumental in the development of our seven-plus year partnership with KOA,” Route 66 partner Dave Francis says. “The reciprocating discount offerings that are currently being offered to both KOA Value Kard and Route 66 RV Club members creates a positive synergy between the two RV-related customer groups.”

Armer will oversee the growth of the Route 66 Club and membership-branded programs, as well as provide primary support to Route 66 dealers in northwest and mountain states, Route 66 partner Rob Merrill says.

Armer will continue to reside in Billings, Montana, where KOA is headquartered, while working for Overland Park, Kansas-based Route 66.

“After working with Route 66 in several capacities over the years, I’m excited to officially join the team,” Armer says. “My extensive experience in the outdoor and RV industry is a perfect fit with Route 66, and I look forward to contributing to an already successful team serving Network dealers and partners.”

Route 66 RV Network is the largest group of RV dealerships in North America under one banner. The network has more than 150 locations in the United States and Canada and nearly 1,400 service bays and technicians to serve traveling customers.
