The new facility nearly triples the square footage of its previous facility. The new plant will feature a state-of-the-art training facility for dealers and associates, a cafeteria and healthcare facility.

While much of the focus has been on the fact that Airstream’s travel trailer production will migrate down the road, Airstream’s touring coach production is poised to expand as well. Once the travel trailer operations move to the new facility, work will begin on upgrading the nearly 50-year-old vacated building to prepare it for its new life as Airstream’s touring coach production facility.

The 750,000-square-foot facility, which will also be completely powered by renewable energy credits, will give Airstream has 1.05 million square feet of space at its Jackson Center campus.
