RVDA Endorses Wolters Kluwer

146237129381004.jpgFairfax, Virginia - The National RV Dealers Association has announced it has endorsed Wolters Kluwer’s AppOne indirect loan origination platform and warranted loan documents.

“Consumer demand for recreational vehicles is strong and is continuing to grow,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia says. “Electronic loan origination tools, like Wolters Kluwer’s AppOne, are well positioned to help RVDA’s dealer members better serve their customers, while ensuring they are compliant with the latest regulatory lending requirements. That’s why we are pleased to work with Wolters Kluwer. The company is well known in the industry for its warranted loan documents and understands the regulatory challenges facing RV dealers.”

AppOne is a web-based indirect loan origination platform designed to help vehicle dealers and lenders manage the origination process of retail credit applications from lender submission to funding. It provides dealers and lenders access to a library of compliant and warranted loan documents. The loan documents are maintained by Wolters Kluwer to meet the federal and state compliance requirements of all 51 U.S. jurisdictions. Dealers using AppOne also have access to their lender(s) on the AppOne Lending Network, a community of national, regional and local financial institutions. The network makes it easier for dealers to establish lender partnerships and secure financing for their customers.

“We are excited to work with RVDA and to have them endorse AppOne and our compliance forms,” says Brad Fleener, the senior director and general manager of Indirect Lending at Wolters Kluwer. “As technology changes how consumers buy vehicles, RV dealers will have to evolve their F&I process. AppOne helps dealers transition to an electronic origination process while continuing to offer access to paper documents. RVDA’s endorsement will help bring greater recognition of AppOne’s features to its dealer members.”
