Based in Hong Kong, Ho is responsible for establishing the structure, organization and processes that will help Furrion achieve its long-term goals as the company continues to grow.

Furrion’s priorities are to develop infrastructure around the world and improve the ability to create new products with the latest technology for customers. Recently, Furrion moved its Hong Kong global headquarters into a new state-of-the-art building, and the U.S. corporate headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana will be moving into its new Innovation Center & Institute of Technology in 2017.

“The greatest challenge as the company has grown is transitioning our operations to a global scale," Ho says. "My goal is to bring unity to our operations as we grow so that we can operate as a team more effectively.”

Prior to Furrion, Ho worked with Samsung’s global strategy group where he focused on operation turnarounds, retail channel strategies, new market entry and strategic partnership. Most recently, he was the Head of Strategy and Project Management at MGF Sourcing—the former sourcing division for L-Brands which was bought by a New York private equity firm in 2011 — where his role was to improve operations across 14 countries.

“Darren brings a wealth of knowledge to Furrion,” Furrion CEO Aaron Fidler says. “His past at Samsung and MGF will provide important experience as Furrion continues to grow aggressively and aims to deliver better products and services to its customers.”

Ho has an MBA and MEM from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Now he looks forward to the future.

“I decided to join Furrion because of the culture, high energy and the passionate people that are striving to make a difference.”
