Giant Recreation World Expands 8.22 Acres On Facility

Mon Jul 25, 2016

146946579283180.jpgWINTER GARDEN, Florida - Giant Recreation World, Central Florida’s largest and oldest RV dealer, is expanding again to serve the needs of its customers. The Winter Garden dealership located at 13906 West Colonial Drive, is adding 8.22 acres directly west of the dealership. The additional facility is next door which will allow the company to carry an extensive selection of products to meet the increasing demand. The property was previously occupied by another RV dealer who recently closed, so it is an ideal expansion site with huge frontage on Highway 50.

“We have been successful because we understand the needs of customers and then deliver to them a life time of satisfaction” Giant Recreation World CEO Larry McNamara says. “We offer our customers an experience that can’t be beat – great prices, a 'limited' lifetime warranty, Priority RV Service Network benefits, outstanding service and our exclusive VIP Camping Club. This expansion will enhance our already superb facility and allow us to stock more quality RVs as well as to better showcase them for an even better buying experience than ever before."

Giant Recreation World is moving a number of customer support functions to the expanded facilities across the street on the west side, to now offer more than 14 acres of sales and service. There will be additional room for customers to view the extensive RV inventory that the dealership carries. The service department will be enhanced by using the additional service bays that have been acquired. Giant Recreation World will be equipping the facility with the latest in tools and advanced equipment including a state of the art collision center and spray on bed lining and roof recovery systems.

Further, Giant Recreation World has a rental department with a broad range of RVs to suit customers “short term” needs. The rental department also will move to the new location, next door which will make pick up and drop off much more convenient and hassle free.

“Our customers will be very happy with this investment we have made," McNamara says. "We have been land locked and tight for far too long and this could not have come at a better time."

Founded in 1976, Giant Recreation World is an industry leader in delivering quality recreation vehicles at a superior value. The company’s 90-plus employees provide sales and service from three Florida locations: Winter Garden, Melbourne and Ormond Beach. The company’s goal is for every customer to have an excellent consumer experience.
