Fairfax, Virginia - Dealers are invited to a free webinar from the Mike Molino RV Learning Center focusing on making the most of your environmental health and safety training to maximize its benefits.
Dealers can register online for the webinar that takes place Thursday, July 28 at noon EDT and will be presented by KPA.
Dealers know the importance of training in this critical area, but do you know the best way to administer it? Dealers need to balance an employee’s productive working hours with the need to make time for training. And they need to figure out when courses should be taught and when a refresher course is called for. Join KPA mid-Atlantic lead Zach Pucillo as he reviews environmental and safety related training subjects. He will review some basic requirements, including who should complete those courses, what should be taught and how often training should be repeated.
If you cannot attend the live event, look for it in the Learning Center’s dealer webinar archive after the webinar airs. It offers an archive of webinars on issues related to human resources, F&I, environmental health and safety and other current topics of importance to dealers. To see a complete listing of recorded dealer webinars, go to the Learning Center’s webinar page.
