The Jamboree was held for the first time last year, which received more than 40,000 visitors during the three-day weekend, surpassing all expectations, according to the jamboree's website.

This year's event is planned to be even bigger, with tiny houses, workshops, exhibits, educational seminars, keynote speakers, advocacy meetings, food trucks, wine and beer, entertainment and more.

EcoCabins, a Colorado Springs-based tiny house design and manufacturing company, organized both last year and this year's event to bring the tiny house community together in celebration.

This year's keynote speakers include Macy Miller and Kent Griswold, along with Tiny House Giant Journey and the Office Hobo.

A People's Choice Award for the favorite model on display also will be presented at the end of the event, while manufactures can show their Do-It-Yourself tiny home in the Do-It-Yourself Village.
