61st Annual Midwest RV Super Show Held Aug. 4-7

Wed Aug 3, 2016

Elkhart, Indiana - The 61st Annual Midwest RV Super Show will be held at the RV/MH Hall of Fame & Museum in Elkhart Aug. 4-7.

The Super Show is the first RV show in the country for the public to see 2017 models, according to a press release. Those looking for their first RV or their next RV can see it all in one place at the RV/MH Hall of Fame and Museum in Elkhart – the RV Capital of the World.

RVers can get the best deal by buying where they are built, with more than 80 percent of all RV’s manufactured in the U.S. being built right in the backyard of the RV Hall of Fame in Elkhart.

“RVing is a fun, flexible and affordable way for families to spend quality time in the outdoors,” says Matt Rose, the director of recreation vehicles with the Recreation Vehicle Indiana Council. “In addition to vacation travel, owners use RVs for tailgating, travel with pets and to participate in outdoor sports and other leisure activities.”

At the show, buyers can compare features, floorplans and RV types from a wide variety of manufacturers. With so many dealers all in one place, the buyers also can negotiate their best price. Many of the RVs are priced at 20 to 25 percent below MSRP.

The Hall of Fame offers a convenient location for regional attendees and easy access to the show for travelers. It also offers something no other show facility in the country can duplicate – a collection of antique recreation vehicles. Show organizers have taken advantage of this by offering a show ticket that includes admission to the RV show and admission to the RV museum for one price. Admission to the show is just $10, kids 15 and younger are free.
