Redwood Rally's Attendance Doubles in 2016

Fri Aug 12, 2016

147101870831813.gifTopeka, Indiana - The Redwood Owner’s Group concluded its annual National Rally this past week doubling attendance over the prior year and setting an all time attendance record.

Held at the Shipshewana Campground in Shipshewana Indiana, nearly 100 Redwood luxury fifth wheels from as far away as Vancouver, British Columbia, were on-site as participants enjoyed fellowship, technical seminars, factory tours and questions-and-answers with the Redwood management team.

“For many of us, this was our first opportunity to meet face-to-face with members of the Redwood Owners Group," CrossRoads/Redwood President Ryan Juday says. "We refer to these owners as our ‘power users’ since they travel and live extensively in their Redwoods. Their suggestions and recommendations form an important part of our ongoing product development and we are thankful for the extended time they graciously gave us during their rally.”

In addition to social time and a Q&A session held at the rally, Owner’s Group members toured the Redwood production facilities in Topeka, viewed a new prototype model under construction and visited the soon-to-be-completed PDI facility.

“The Owner’s Group is enthusiastic about the direction we are taking Redwood, the enhancements we plan to make to the line, and our focus on delivering a first-class customer experience,” Juday says.

While Redwood Owner’s Group members enjoyed a VIP tour of the Topeka facilities, the debut of new models will be reserved for Redwood dealers during the Thor Industries Open House, Sept. 19-22.

“We will be unveiling new models along with a host of enhanced features," Juday says. "I think our dealers will be blown away by what they will see at Open House.”
