147145233023407.jpgOXNARD, California - Bowlus Road Chief LLC, the maker of the original riveted-aluminum travel trailer, announces the release of the new Bowlus Road Chief Lithium+.
Designed as a limited edition, it features the newest in modern-day technology. The Bowlus Road Chief Limited Edition Lithium+ is one of the greenest and most advanced travel trailer in the world. Bowlus Road Chief also has announced a Monterey Auto Week partnership with Bentley Motors that will see a Bentley Bentayga as the official “tow” vehicle of Bowlus Road Chief - Limited Edition Lithium+. The Bentley Bentayga combines luxury with performance and everyday usability to make it the perfect pairing with the Bowlus Road Chief – Limited Edition Lithium+.

The Bowlus Road Chief Limited Edition Lithium+ is the first travel trailer of its kind to offer an integrated lithium-iron-phosphate battery system. Bowlus Road Chief masterfully outfitted the lightweight trailer with an assortment of green technology that allows vacationers to be online while off grid for more than a week at a time, because of the lithium battery system (2.5 times more effective than AGM batteries or 7 times more effective than traditionally used lead batteries).

For the first time, everything including the microwave to the 8000 BTU air conditioner can operate off grid. Furthermore, a 120-watt solar panel is conveniently included
which allows the user to forego conventional power sources and be off grid indefinitely. The Limited Edition Bowlus Road Chief Lithium+ is also electric-vehicle ready. With its aerodynamic monocoque design encased in an ultra lightweight, jewel-like polished shell of 2024-grade aluminum, the Limited Edition Bowlus Road Chief Lithium+ weighs in at 2,350 pounds (about 3,000 pounds lighter than other 24-foot trailers).

The Limited Edition Bowlus Road Chief Lithium+ also features two huge skylights offering romantic stargazing, and plush luxurious eco bedding in the bedroom cabin (the beds convert from twins to a king) to offer occupants a serene night’s sleep. The 3x5-foot bathroom offers indoor and outdoor showering with elegant teak accents. The stately living room is completed in the finest of finishes and offers tech storage and charging options that epitomize the Bowlus approach to design. Outside, the trailer tastefully provides a BBQ-ready atmosphere with the outdoor café table twinned with two director chairs and a matching awning above that attaches to either side of the Bowlus Road Chief.

Bowlus Road Chief carefully outfitted the new limited edition trailer with everything users need to experience the iconic road trip. It captures the spirit of adventure with family, friends and even pets. The Limited Edition Bowlus Road Chief Lithium+ is offered with a special production run of 50 travel trailers. It is available immediately for purchase in North America through www.bowlusroadchief.com.
