Neff Brothers RV Gives Free Motorhome to Loyal Customer

Wed Aug 24, 2016

147205731574898.jpgLorain, Ohio – Fifteen years is a long time on most people’s watches, and 15 years of being a loyal customer to a single business should have some kind of pay-off. That’s exactly what Neff Brothers RV also thinks. The Lorain-based RV rental company will honor its all-time most loyal guests this week as they depart on their 15th annual trip to Michigan International Speedway.

Neff Brothers RV appreciates its guests' dedication and commitment and has decided to give them a free RV for their trip this year. Adam Reichman of Perry, Ohio, a Euclid Fireman, has been making the trek to MIS for more than 15 years with a group of friends, but in 2001, they decided tent camping was no longer for them and they needed some more luxuries of home. That’s when they decided to rent a motorhome and head to the NASCAR race in style and comfort.

“We knew right away after talking with Angela at Neff Brothers RV that we were going to be hooked with this whole RV rental process,” Reichman says. “From day one, this family-run business knew how to take care of their guests and that has been our reason for coming back year-after-year. They treat us like their own family.”

Neff Brothers RV decided last spring that it had to do something special for this group of guys, and that’s when it was decided by brothers and Co-Owners Bill and Ralph Neff, as well as Co-Owner and General Manager Angela Dudziak, who is Bill’s daughter, to just give Reichman’s crew a motor home for free - no strings attached.

“We are always so thankful for all of our loyal guests over the years,” Dudziak says. “We treat our guests like we would want to be treated, and in return, we have flourished as a business and continue to have committed and loyal customers that keep coming back.”

Reichman will enjoy a luxury Type A motorhome on his trip to MIS this year. He will be departing Neff Brothers RV on Thursday, Aug. 25 between 10:30 and 11 a.m., located off Route 57, just north of the Midway Mall.
