RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

RVDA Releases 2016 Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey

145072686053695.jpgThe Recreation Vehicle Dealer's Association has released its 2016 RVDA Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey.

This is the opportunity for dealers to make their voices heard by rating the satisfaction with the RV manufacturers whose brands are in each dealerships' lots.

The individual responses are strictly confidential. All responses are tabulated by an independent research company and only aggregate numbers will be released, according to RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.

The survey can be reached by following the link below. Before beginning the survey, Ingrassia has asked that each surveyor keep in mind the following points:

Read each question carefully before answering.

If your dealership has multiple locations, complete one survey for each location.

Answer all the questions because surveys with missing responses cannot be tabulated.
