With more than 130 RV Technicians and 315 service bays, Lazydays required a software system that provided full visibility of all aspects of the operations from instant notifications of sold units, mechanic parts requests and special order parts receipts. Premier level training and support ensured that Lazydays’ was able to implement Infinity with no down time which is essential for facilities of this size.

“With the Infinity software Lazydays is able to process and close repair orders much quicker than before," says Traeanne Reynolds, the international director of sales, marketing and implementation for Sys2K. "Their open repair order list is the lowest it has ever been in the history of the company due to the increase in efficiency.”

In its retail stores, Lazydays has seen increased visibility to sales performance and increases in sales by associates across all locations. This increase in performance is correlated to the more detailed inventory cost analysis, retail price flexibility, elimination of manual commission complications and overall enhancements of inventory details. The responsiveness and intuitive functionality of the mobile system has increased productivity and even their ‘old school employees’ have found it easy to use.

“At Lazydays, we are committed to providing our customers courteous service with rapid response time,” Lazydays President and CEO Tim Sheehan says. “The interface capabilities of the Sys2K Infinity software have provided our staff a more efficient process for assisting our customers; and a key technology solution to help us grow. We have found the Sys2K team to be great partners, providing high quality service while being responsive to our needs.”
