147378696814654.jpgCORAL SPRINGS, Florida - Cruise Inn has announced the addition of Trent Arnold as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

“As Trent assumes the role of EVP and CFO, his first charge will be in the area of finance and treasury," Cruise Inn President and CEO Scott Anderson says. "As Cruise Inn grows, the need for more reporting on the progress of our parks and the financial progress of Cruise Inn is required. In addition, Trent will assist in the advancement of the next generation of technology to be implemented at our company. With the changes in the purchasing habits of the Cruise Inn customers, the need to continue to be on the cutting edge of technological advancements is critical. Also, he will assist in all areas of the company as a trusted and knowledgeable partner to me.”

Arnold has a long history in the hospitality and outdoor recreation industries, and was a key member of the founding team of CNL Lifestyle Properties, a Real Estate Investment Trust, where he served as Director of Investments. In this role, he focused on outdoor resorts, golf courses, marinas, ski areas and RV parks and campgrounds. Arnold then launched North Shore Partners, LLC, a boutique real estate and private equity advisory firm focused on the hospitality, outdoor recreation and commercial property industries, serving domestic and international clients.

First as a client of North Shore, and then in a full-time capacity, Arnold spent seven years in a number of roles for Tavistock Group, the multi-billion-dollar private investment firm of Joe Lewis. In addition to directly supporting Lewis on a broad array of initiatives, Arnold had responsibility for the acquisition and management of a number of asset types with an emphasis on hospitality, residential and restaurant investments. Noteworthy during his time with Tavistock, Arnold served as chief operating officer of its hospitality platform with a primary focus on the St. Regis Hotel and Residences in Atlanta, a 151-room luxury hotel and collection of multi-million-dollar custom residences. During his tenure as COO, the hotel earned numerous national awards, recorded the highest Guest Satisfaction Index scores amongst all Starwood Luxury Properties, and set records for residential property sales prices in Atlanta.

“I’ve been watching Cruise Inn since it started and was honored when Scott and the Board offered me the opportunity to join the leadership team," Arnold says. "Scott and I share the same vision for Cruise Inn and its role in changing the future of the RV park industry with an innovative and proven marketing and branding offering that drives real value to park owners and creates the best experience for park guests in the industry, and I could not be more excited to be a part of this company’s future. As a long-time RV owner and park user, and after spending many months in the last year personally visiting over 75 RV parks to better understand the enormous business opportunities, I can personally speak to the value and quality created at a Cruise Inn member park, and why it’s such an exciting time to be in this great industry.”

Arnold will have an opportunity to meet Cruise Inn park owners at the brand’s third-annual member conference from Nov. 11-13 in Fort Worth, Texas. The weekend’s schedule is designed to give Cruise Inn members the tools and strategies to help increase their park's profitability, as industry experts will be discussing the latest in marketing, revenue strategy, channel management and trends.

Cruise Inn provides membership opportunities to RV Park and campground owners to increase their ROI through higher guest satisfaction; better revenue/yield management; meaningful loyalty programs; multiple booking channels, including its own CRS; and effective sales and marketing. Key member benefits include low fees, a simple contract, no penalties, a voice and vote in all brand initiatives, member-directed standards and brand policies, innovative technology, PRS training, distribution marketing, worldwide sales and marketing, comprehensive support and a brand powered by trusted industry resources.
