RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

RVIA Announces 64th Annual California RV Show

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association has announced the 64th Annual California RV Show, spanning from Oct. 7-16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The show will be at the Pomona Fairplex at 1101 W. McKinley Ave. in Pomona and will feature more than 1 million square feet of the brand new 2017 models over the show's 10 days.

Twenty-five California dealers will be waiting at the show, with an echibitor tent with hundreds of vendors selling things form RV parts, accessories, vacation packages, services and other RV things. More than 1,325 RVs will be on display, along with live music, fair food, free ferris wheel rides and the opportunity to meet and greet some favorite sport celebrities.

The show is free admission for kids, while scooter rentals are $25 for a half day and $50 for a full day.
