RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Camping World Files With SEC for Maximum Aggregate Price of $300M

145434773794726.pngCamping World has applied to the Security and Exchange Commission to register 13,068,181 shares of its stock at a proposed maximum offering price per share of $23, which would net the company a maximum aggregate offering price of $300,568,163.

Before this offering, there has been no public market for the Class A common stock. Camping World will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol "CWH."

"We will have three classes of common stock outstanding after this offering: Class A common stock, Class B common stock and Class C common stock," according to the filing. "Each share of our Class A common stock and Class B common stock entitles its holders to one vote per share on all matters presented to our stockholders generally; provided that, for as long as the ML Related Parties, directly or indirectly, beneficially own in the aggregate 27.5 percent or more of all of the outstanding common units of CWGS Enterprises, LLC."
