Oregon Dealership Shut Down After DOT Investigation

Wed Oct 5, 2016

Salem-based dealership Northwest R.V. Sales Inc. has shut down after an Oregon Department of Transportation investigation into customer complaints.

A release from ODOT says the company, at 6492 Portland Road NE, agreed to pay an $8,000 fine and give up its dealer certificate for three years.

Without a license, the business is effectively shut down, Oregon DMV Spokesman David House says. The current owners can still sell their remaining inventory to another dealer, House says.
