The IPO deal for Camping World Holdings, Inc. is expected to hit the market today, according to the New York Stock Exchange center filings website.
Camping World files its IPO in the amount of $287,499,982, with $11,363,636 of current shares filed.
The current file price range per share is estimated to be between $21 and $23.
Camping World has 107 retail stores and 18 dealerships across the country. With CEO and Chairman Marcus Lemonis known for making deals with small businesses, this could be the biggest equity deal he has ever done.
About $200.4 million of the proceeds from the IPO will be used to pay a portion of the company's outstanding debt and the rest will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the prospectus. There is mention of placing proceeds into investment instruments, but nothing in the prospectus indicates that the proceeds will be used for development initiatives, such as any acquisitions, according to Seeking Alpha, a website dedicated to stock market news and trends.
