RV News Exclusive: RVDA of Canada Taps Marketing Guru For Keynote

Wed Oct 19, 2016

The RVDA of Canada will hold the 20th annual Canada Night Dinner on Monday, Nov. 28 in Louisville before the National RV Trade Show kicks off.

The annual event will be held at the Galt House Hotel, where the Canadian dealers' association will look forward to welcoming Canadian RV industry personnel to the pre-Louisville show function. Rooms can now be booked at the Galt House.

"It's a great networking opportunity for Canadian dealers and the RV industry," RVDA of Canada President Eleanore Hamm says. "It's our 20th annual show and it's hard to believe it's been that long."

There will be two events that will highlight the dinner. The first will be RV Lifestyle Magazine's presentation of the 2016 Canadian RV Dealer of the Year award. That will be followed by keynote speaker Max Valiquette, a leading marketing and brand strategist who has been named by Marketing Magazine as one of Canada's most influential marketers.

"It will be very educational," Hamm says. "We sometimes have sports figures, events and fundraisers, this time we grabbed a keynote speaker that has a bit of (Industry) substance to it as well."

The dinner is expected to bring about 200 attendees.
