National RV Trade Show to Feature Material ConneXion Zone

Thu Oct 20, 2016

145072659275994.jpgOne of the innovative new additions to this year’s RVIA National RV Trade Show is the Material ConneXion Zone. With more than 8,000 different materials in the company’s library and database, this exhibit makes it one of the best ways for designers to see and learn about innovations in materials, design and structure.

The Material ConneXion Zone will fill 200 square feet of space and will house roughly 40-50 materials for review. Two knowledgeable experts will be on hand to assist manufacturers, provide more information and answer questions. Materials will be displayed by chemical make-up rather than by the intended use so the materials on display will be a selection of polymers, cements, carbon-based, ceramics, processes, metals, glasses and naturals.

“It is very exciting to offer this new feature at the show,” RVIA National Show Director Scott Graham says. “I encourage manufacturers to bring their designers to Louisville so they can look at the serious innovation that is going on in the manufacturing world. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to see these materials and to touch and learn how these can be used in your products. That, coupled with the fact that every major manufacturer in the business will be there doing the same thing. Share best practices, stay competitive and join us.”

"We are thrilled to introduce the unique, innovative and sustainable world of Material ConneXion to National RV Trade Show attendees," Library Access Vice President Michael LaGreca says. "We look forward to welcoming manufacturers and suppliers into our space and sharing with them our knowledge of these materials."
