RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

CA Dealer Seeks Stolen Trailer

147862342156810.jpgActon, Calif. — The All Valley RV Center seeks information about a missing 2017 Jayco Jay Flight 264BHW apparently stolen from All Valley RV Center’s overflow storage lot.

“This is the first time an RV has been stolen from our company since opening in 2005,” says co-owner Troy Padgett. “The theft occurred between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. The stolen trailer was seen on video traveling eastbound on Sierra Highway traveling toward Pearblossom, Calif.”

The vehicle identification number of the stolen travel trailer is 1UJBJ0BN6H77V0357.

“The entire theft was captured on video surveillance, and we hope to recover the trailer in a timely manner. In the meantime, we are asking everyone to keep an eye out,” says co-owner Bruce McGovern.
