147888273398930.pngCleburne, Texas — Fun Town RV has hired Keith Shaw, a 28-year veteran of personnel management in the aerospace industry, as its human resources director.

“I began my career in the late 1980’s working in the shop as a mechanic at Raytheon, and worked my way up to human resources and then into management, “ Shaw says. “I probably understand the challenges from the working man’s perspective a little better than someone that just stepped into this position.”

Shaw has a degree in industrial management from Newman University and will soon complete a master of management and leadership from Western Governors University.

“Keith will be tasked with finding the right people to staff our rapid expansion,” says Fun Town CEO Jarrod McGhee. “We have grown from 2 locations to 8 in the last 6 years, and will be opening 2 more within 6 months. Our greatest need is to find qualified managers, technicians, and sales staff that are qualified, excited about their jobs, and looking to grow with us as we open new stores in new locations across the country.”

Fun Town RV is a leading dealer in Texas of towable RVs.
