Middlebury, Indiana - Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Company was awarded the Gold Readers’ Choice Award for the second year in a row from Trailer Life for Fifth Wheel products.
Grand Design first won this award after only three years of being in business. Now nearing completion of its fourth year in business and more than 23,000 units retail sold, Grand Design has once again been awarded the coveted Gold Reader’s Choice award.
“It is incredibly humbling to be the exclusive recipient of the Trailer Life’s Readers’ Choice Award each of the past two years," Grand Design President and CEO Don Clark says. "Being recognized as the best-of-the-best amongst all of the strong fifth wheel brands in our business speaks volumes for how our company and products continue to be received by RV owners and enthusiasts of all types. We are holding true to our unique way of doing business that we started our company with and are honored to see RVers continuing to join the Grand Design family at a record setting pace. Congratulations to all of our hard working GDRV team members for this incredible honor.”
Grand Design was also the recent recipient of the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association Dealer Satisfaction Index award for the fourth consecutive year and received the highest marks for all product lines.
When Grand Design started a little more than four years ago, many of its competitors looked at the unique business strategy and didn't believe the company could compete in the traditional market sense. But Grand Design Marketing Director Bill Martin says that's why these awards mean so much.
"A lot of our competitors said we couldn't sustain that, but here we are four years later executing on them," Martin says. "It works great and well four our dealers and ultimately the end customer."
Grand Design RV manufactures the Market Leading Reflection Fifth Wheel and Travel Trailer, Flagship Solitude Extended Stay Fifth Wheel, Luxury Momentum Toy Hauler and Lightweight Imagine Travel Trailer product lines.
