Jellystone Park Mammoth Cave Plans $10.7M Expansion

Thu Dec 29, 2016

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Mammoth Cave plans to offer much more than camping this summer.

Co-owner Bill Pott says the park is gearing up for a $10.7 million expansion that will more than double Jellystone's number of campsites and see the construction of a splash park.

"It's a pretty big chunk of change for us," he says. "It'll totally change what we have to offer."

The park will expand into an adjacent 212-acre piece of property purchased near the beginning of 2016, he says.
