RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

RV Leadership Conference Scheduled March 1-3

145072659275994.jpgThe RVIA Annual Conference has been renamed as the RV Leadership Conference, powered by RVIA. This year's event will be held March 1-3 at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida.

The RVIA has announced that Charles V. Payne, a featured contributor to Fox Business on "Making Money with Charles Payne" will be speaking. Payne is the founder and CEO of Wall Street Strategies, as well as a member and occasional host of Varney & Co. and acts as guest host to several shows including "Cavuto on Business" and "Your World."

The evening of March 1 will be a kick-off with a welcome reception. A full day is scheduled for March 2.

The cut-off date to make a room reservation is Feb. 3.
