RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Horizon Global Intends to Sell 3.5 Million Shares of Stock

147809949933617.jpgHorizon Global Corporation has announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, 3.5 million shares of common stock (or up to an aggregate of 4.025 million shares of Common Stock if the underwriters of such offering exercise their option to purchase additional shares of Common Stock in full) and $100 million aggregate principal amount of its Convertible Senior Notes due 2022 (or up to an aggregate of $115 million aggregate principal amount if the underwriters of such offering exercise their over-allotment option in full) in separate registered public offerings.

The Notes are expected to mature on July 1, 2022, unless earlier converted or repurchased. The Notes will be convertible at the option of holders in certain circumstances and during certain periods into cash, Common Stock or a combination thereof, at the company’s election. The interest rate, conversion rate and other terms of the Notes will be determined at the time of pricing of the Notes Offering.
