Mon Feb 13, 2017

ELKHART, Indiana — A company with local ties is making a big difference by providing water wells in Africa.

Burlington Graphic Systems, which designs and prints vinyl graphics and paint for RVs, marine and other industrial applications, provided 48 wells last year and plans to have 60 more this year, according to a story by the Elkhart Truth. Burlington is based in Racine, Wisconsin and has a factory in Elkhart.

Phil Holtje, Burlington's founder and chairman of the board, says the company gives to charitable efforts both locally and abroad because of the position the employee-owned company is in.
