Mon Feb 13, 2017

148700955567011.gifWakarusa, Indiana - Prime Time Manufacturing, a division of Forest River Inc., has made a series of management changes including the promotion of Adam Smith to General Manager.

“Adam is one of the most dynamic young talents I’ve ever been around," Prime Time President Jeff Rank says. "He has exceptional leadership skills and a real knack for product development. With his ability to create and maintain strong dealer relationships, I’m confident our sales team and our dealers are in great hands and we are well positioned for future growth.”

Smith was most recently the national sales manager at Prime Time and has previously held sales and management positions at Monaco Coach and Keystone RV.

In addition, Prime Time has bolstered its entire management team with the recent promotion of several key employees to the positions of brand-specific product managers.

“Each of our new product managers has a proven track record with Prime Time Manufacturing,” Rank says. “Their combined experienced, level of expertise and understanding of our dealers and our unique culture make them great fits with their new roles. I’m confident their individual focus will enhance the success of every Prime Time brand.”

With more than 20 years of industry experience and seven years working for Prime Time Manufacturing, Paul Morrison has been named product manager of the Sanibel and Crusader fifth wheel lines. Previously, Morrison served as a regional sales manager and as product manager for Prime Time’s LaCrosse luxury travel trailer.

“Paul is a shining star in the industry and has exceptional customer relationships," Smith says. "His influence on the Crusader and Sanibel lines will continue to drive the success of those brands."

Brandon York has been named product manager for the LaCrosse luxury travel trailer line. York has been with Prime Time Manufacturing since its inception in 2009. Starting as the customer service manager, York eventually transitioned into sales and has been instrumental in driving growth in the southeast territory.

“Brandon is one of the hardest working, most dedicated people I’ve worked with,” Smith says. “His tenacity and great eye for product will be an asset to the LaCrosse product line.”

Josh Lauck has been promoted to product manager for the company’s Avenger product lines. During his seven years as the northeast district sales manager, Lauck successfully positioned Prime Time as a top tier product in that region.

“Josh will provide a forward thinking and cutting edge approach to the Avenger lines and a deep understanding of what it takes to set an entry level product apart from a very commodity driven segment,” Smith says.

Shane Miller has been promoted to product manager for the Tracer and Tracer AIR lines. Previously, Miller served successfully in sales positions at both Prime Time Manufacturing and Keystone RV.

“Shane is a talented and valuable asset to Prime Time and brings a strong knowledge of the ultra-lite segment that will continue to move the Tracer brands to the top of a very competitive segment,” Smith says.
