RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Patrick Industries Announces Public Offering of Common Stock

145677893217453.pngELKHART, Indiana - PATRICK INDUSTRIES, INC. has announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 1,350,000 shares of common stock. In connection with the offering, the company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 202,500 shares of common stock from the company.

Patrick Industries intends to use all of the net proceeds of the offering to pay down outstanding indebtedness, according to a press release.

The offering is being made through an underwriting group led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Baird, who are acting as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the common stock offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets is acting as an additional joint book-running manager for the offering.
