Wilkins RV Purchases Ballantyne RV

Tue Mar 7, 2017

Wilkins RV in Bath, New York, has purchased the former Ballantyne RV & Marine Dealerships in Victor and Cicero, both in Onondaga County. The financials of the deal were not disclosed, according to a story by the Democrat & Chronicle.

Ballantyne RV had ceased operations recently and Wilkins RV bought the business with plans to reopen the 24-acre property later this year.

"From a strategic standpoint, this move allows us to better serve the eastern side of the Rochester market and provides us an entry into the Syracuse market," Wilkins RV President Brian Wilkins says. "We know they have a great customer following and we look forward to earning their business and provide them the service and support they need."
