RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Covercraft Industries Will Exhibit at Bassmaster Classic Outdoors Expo

Pauls Valley, Oklahoma - Covercraft Industries, LLC has announced plans to exhibit at the GEICO Bassmaster Classic Outdoors Expo presented by DICK’S Sporting Goods, March 24-26 in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Before the opening of the Expo, media, B.A.S.S. The Expo is one of the main attractions of the Bassmaster Classic, which annually draws attendance in excess of 100,000 to its venues. It has grown into one of the largest fishing consumer shows in the country and many manufacturers have chosen to introduce their new products for 2017 at the Expo. Fifty-two of the world’s best bass anglers will be competing for more than $1 million in this, the 47th world championship of bass fishing. The competition will take place on Lake Conroe, Texas, with weigh-ins being held in Minute Maid Park, home of the Astros, each afternoon on March 24-26.
