Tents For Troops Exhibiting at Northeast Conference March 16-18

Tue Mar 14, 2017

Tents For Troops will be exhibiting at the 2017 Northeast Conference on Camping from March 16-18 in Nashaua, New Hampshire.

Northeast Campgroudn Association Executive Director Cyndy Zbierski has been a supporter of Tents for Troops from nearly day one and has gone out of her way many times to help the program move forward. Tents For Troops is a nationwide program that offers Active Duty Military and their Families free RV and Camping sites through the use of otherwise vacant sites.

Zbierski has offered Tents for Troops a booth in the venue for the conference.

The Northeast Campground Association includes member RV Parks and Campgrounds from Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont - a total of 10 states with thousands of RV parks and campgrounds.

Everything fell into place this year and T4T supporters Donald and Tracy Lemaster, owners of the Loose Caboose Campground in Kinzers, Pennsylvania have volunteered to man the booth at the Conference. The Lemasters have a lot of background with Tents for Troops, in that the Loose Caboose was one of the first Parks to sign up with T4T.

"It's great to have someone represent us who knows first hand how easy it is for campgrounds and RV Parks to give back to our Troops by providing camping and RV sites through the T4T program," the association says in a press release. "If you have not already made plans to attend the Conference please do so today."

T4T asks RV Parks and Campgrounds to donate a minimum of two sites for two nights to Active Duty Military and their Families free of charge providing that the Parks have vacant sites available. T4T is a pay it forward program that could not operate without people like Zbierski and the Lemasters, according to a press release.
