To maximize efficiency and reduce errors when installing electrical outlets on production RV units, Hubbell has introduced the new Wirecon WT900M tool. It enables technicians to mount self-contained devices (SCDs) quickly and accurately, saving time by requiring fewer steps than traditional methods.
Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the WT900M installation tool is exceptionally lightweight, with an ergonomic handle for comfortable repetitive use over many hours. Designed for maximum efficiency, it utilizes a compact profile for easy operation in tight work spaces. The interior of the handles can serve as a clamp when required. This combination pusher rotates to accommodate both switch and receptacle terminations with a single tool.
Users simply mount an SCD in the WT900M handle cradle, place the formed wires in the appropriate device terminal and squeeze the handles together to terminate the wires.
With its durable construction and hardened tool steel pusher, the WT900M is engineered for reliable operation and a long service life. Supplied complete with wire installation pushers, it sells for $495.
