RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

149028519633435.jpgPleasure-Way Motorhomes has released a video tour of the 2017 Plateau TS, the company's new type B motorhome.

The Plateau TS measures 22 feet, 9 inches from bumper to bumper and 6 feet, 11 inches in width. It is also 9 feet, 8 inches tall. The motorhome features a private enclosed wet bath with shower, a 24-inch LED LCD TV on a swing-out arm, cable TV hook up, power awning and an 11,000 BTU roof top air conditioner.

The interior features hardwood maple cabinet doors, vinyl flooring, a stainless steel sink, microwave/convention oven and a power sofa with two three-point seat belts.
