The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.
Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Richmond, British Columbia, Canada – The RVDA of Canada has announced that it is entering into a new endorsement partnership with Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance.
The RVDA of Canada Board has added Wells Fargo’s RV inventory and wholesale financing to the association’s group of endorsed products. The program, which provides commercial financial services to Canadian RV dealerships, is considered to be one of the best in the industry.
“We are very pleased to be able to announce this partnership,” RVDA of Canada Chairman Sam Parks says. "We look forward to working with Wells Fargo on numerous initiatives and truly value their continued support of the Canadian RV industry. These endorsements contribute to the financial viability of your provincial/regional and national RVDAs and allow us to continue to provide assistance to Canadian RV dealers.”
