RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Registration is Open for RVAA Executive Conference

145571930250230.jpgRegistration for the 2017 RVAA Executive Conference is now open.

The conference will be held from Aug. 14-18 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California.

The cutoff date for reservations is Friday, July 14

The conference will begin with a golf outing on Aug. 14, with the registration open from 12-7 p.m. A board meeting will be held from 3-5 p.m. and a new member reception will be held from 5-6 p.m.

Aug. 15-17 will include all of the appointment sessions. A few of the events will include a keynote address on Aug. 15 at 11:40 a.m; a dealer council on Aug. 16 from 11:40 a.m. to 1:20 p.m.; and an RVAA Awards Lunch on Aug. 17.
