Vogt RV Centers Announces New President

Tue May 9, 2017

Danny Vogt, CEO and founder of Vogt RV Centers, has announced Aaron Vogt as the new President of Vogt RV, effective immediately. Vogt RV operates two RV dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and will be opening its third location in the area, an exclusive 45,000 square-foot indoor Airstream store, later this year.

Danny Vogt started in the RV business selling slide-in truck campers in 1967 on a gravel lot next to his father's marine dealership. Over the years, Vogt RV grew as a major player in the Texas market often serving as the No. 1 volume dealership in the state.

Danny Vogt readily acknowledges that Aaron has the time, talent and energy to know what makes a family business successful. Aaron Vogt started working at Vogt RV as a teenager washing vehicles, growing up through the roles of Sales, Sales Manager and General Manager.

In addition to Vogt RV’s new president, Greg Walker has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the family business. Walker has worked at the dealership for several years and came in with a legal and accounting background.

The Vogt family operates on a strong relationship with employees and customers, always treating everyone as family, according to a press release.
