Tue May 30, 2017

FREMONT, Nebraska - ARC Representation, a sales agency specializing in the RV aftermarket, and Optronics International, a leading manufacturer and supplier of RV lighting, have announced that they are joining forces to supply RV distributors and dealers with easy access to a high quality assortment of lighting products accompanied by innovative merchandising solutions.

Optronics’ line of LED and incandescent lighting offers RV dealers a wide range of products backed by a no-hassle warranty policy, and merchandised in a way that facilitates maximum sales. This diverse selection of products ships quickly from the company’s three North American distribution facilities and offers dealers access to numerous retail displays, signage, posters, collateral literature and videos.

“ARC is proud to represent Optronics,” ARC Managing Partner Raymond Padgett says. "We have stated that we want to represent quality suppliers and this is a great example of that mandate. Optronics is a quality leader in the RV lighting category.”

“As the leading supplier of vehicle lighting to RV manufacturers in North America, Optronics products are found on virtually every motorized and towable brand produced in the US and Canada,” Optronics President and CEO Brett Johnson says. "With distribution centers in Muskogee, Oklahoma; Toronto, Ontario; and Goshen, Indiana, we can offer RV dealers the same high value OE lighting and efficient service we provide to RV manufacturers every day.”

ARC and Optronics utilize similar strategies, emphasizing frequent communication, ongoing product education and full service merchandising support to grow sales, while making the process as easy as possible for the dealer. Optronics offers tailored product assortment recommendations paired with eye catching merchandising materials to fit each individual dealer’s needs. ARC representatives then visit the dealer’s showroom and make recommendations on the best placement of displays and other POP materials to maximize their effectiveness.

Optronics supplies RV dealers with a vast array of merchandising tools, including attention getting packaging, colorful signage, branded retail display bins and informative product videos. In addition to these traditional merchandising tools, Optronics supports RV dealers with custom display services that meet the needs of specific organizations within specific geographies and markets.

"Our merchandising and in-store sales support program can take a dealer’s showroom to a whole new level by highlighting the value of high quality OE replacements and LED upgrades for common, factory installed lighting," Optronics Vice President of Sales and Marketing Marcus Hester says. "We make it easy for dealers to sell more RV lighting."

With the addition of Optronics to their client list, ARC now represents 13 leading suppliers in the RV industry.

“We look forward to helping dealers increase sales of RV lighting, specifically by offering a better product along with better ways to display the product in their stores,” Padgett says.
