RVDA and KPA Host Webinar on Managing Millennials in the Workplace

Mon Jun 5, 2017

145072686053695.jpgFairfax, Virginia - Millennials, the generation born from 1982-1995, are quickly filling the ranks of organizations as the boomer generation retires from the workforce. In fact, millennials will comprise 75 percent of the global workforce by 2025. Because of the millennials’ sheer size, they will have a considerable amount of power within the workforce, according to a report from the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association.

Companies are quickly realizing that millennials have very different needs and expectations than their previous generations. An organization’s capacity to meet these expectations will directly correlate to an organization’s ability to recruit top talent and retain top performers. The way employers respond to the millennials will determine whether they can tap this hidden powerhouse of potential, or lose the millennials to their competition.

Join RVDA on Thursday, June 8 from 12-1 p.m. EDT as the association discusses best practices when it comes to managing millennials and maintaining a positive workplace culture for all generations.

Dealer webinars are provided by RVDA’s strategic partner KPA as part of the array of educational offerings available through the RV Learning Center. Register online. If you have any questions or feedback, contact Allyson Lewis at Alewis@kpaonline.com or by phone at 866-356-1735 or Karin Van Duyse at the RV Learning Center at kvanduyse@rvda.org or by phone at 703-591-7130.
