RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Campers Inn RV Celebrates Grand Opening of Clarksville Store

The event will feature special pricing, prizes and food for the family. On June 7, the store welcomed the Town Manager of Clarksville, Kevin Baity, for an official ribbon cutting ceremony.

“This is an exciting event for everyone involved - customers, employees and vendors," Campers Inn Regional Director Ed Unger says. "We wanted to officially welcome all the Tom Stinnett customers to Campers Inn RV by offering amazing deals, prizes, food and a special invite to learn more about the new Tom Stinnett’s Campers Inn RV.”

Tom Stinnett’s Campers Inn RV, formerly Tom Stinnett Derby City RV, was founded in 1978 by Tom Stinnett. Since then, it has grown into one of the premier RV dealerships in the Midwest, and it boasts the largest interior showroom in the U.S. It has received numerous Top Dealer awards from a variety of manufacturers. Paul Cunningham General Sales Manager for the location, partnered with Stinnett in 2010.
