Elkhart, Ind. - The RV Factory, a factory direct manufacturer of high-end fifth wheels under the Luxe and Ambition name brands and the Weekend Warrior fifth wheel toy hauler has announced the appointment of Steve Janowski to president of the company.
Janowski comes from a distinguished career in banking and the automotive industry before joining Nexus RV as the business manager in 2015. He joined the RV Factory during the acquisition of Augusta RV.
“I am very impressed with the entire staff as they have brought two good companies together to make one great company,” Janowski says. "The products we make are the very best in their respective categories and adding the factory direct sales model enhances the overall buying experience.”
“Steve has jumped into the product and the process and has shown a real enthusiasm in getting everyone working toward the same goal," Outgoing President Claude Donati says. "He will do a great job in leading the company and creating some of the best RV experiences possible for our customers. As we merged these companies, it has been my role to put many of the processes and people together to assure future success. I look forward to assisting Steve in any way possible. My focus will go back to taking Nexus RV to the next level."
