Air Lift Company Releases LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus

Tue Jul 18, 2017

150039266091066.jpgLANSING, Mich. - Air Lift Company continues its suspension support product innovation with the new LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus air spring suspension line. On top of the same benefits provided by all other Air Lift load support products, the Ultimate Plus is designed to add a new level of peace of mind to the equation, featuring upgraded components of the highest quality, guaranteed to be the longest-lasting components on the market.

What sets the Ultimate Plus apart from other Air Lift load support kits are the high-quality components for the elite tower and hauler. These exclusive upgrades include stainless steel mounting hardware, roll plates and braided air line. With the added protection that stainless steel provides, users can be assured that their air springs are protected from sharp edges and road debris. Air Lift also added military-grade AN fittings that simply thread together for a metal to metal seal, no air line cutting required.

The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus kits feature double-bellow air springs with an Air Lift-exclusive internal jounce bumper, built to provide superior load-leveling capabilities with full adjustability and improved ride quality. The air springs are built like a tire, with durable 2-ply fabric and ultra-strong nylon composite end caps, which are light and corrosion-resistant. The internal jounce bumper is added to absorb shock and protect even the largest loads, and is completely maintenance-free, allowing for the air springs to run safely at zero air pressure in emergency situations. The air springs can hold anywhere from 5 to 100 PSI, allowing the air pressure to be customized for any and all load requirements.

Adding LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus air springs to hard-working 1/2-, 3/4-, and 1-ton pickups will help to evenly distribute the weight of the load to all four wheels, eliminating vehicle squat which causes poor braking, unresponsive steering and trailer sway. The kits work with the vehicle's existing suspension to provide up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity, and are built to be a highly durable solution to uneven headlight aim, body roll, bottoming out and rough ride.

Most LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus air spring kits require no drilling into the vehicle frame and are compatible with fifth wheel and gooseneck hitches. The standard Installation can usually be completed in two hours or less, made easy with the inclusion of an illustrated instruction manual and Air Lift's impressive customer service department.

For convenient inflation and deflation of the air springs, Air Lift also offers automatic, wired and wireless on-board air compressor systems. All Air Lift products are backed by an industry-exclusive lifetime warranty that covers the air spring and all kit components. The company also ensures satisfaction with a 60-day, money-back guarantee on load support air springs and on-board compressor systems.
