Tue Jul 18, 2017

148373846536581.jpgGOSHEN, Ind. — Forest River RV may consider future manufacturing expansion in Cleveland Township after Elkhart County commissioners approved a zoning map change for two properties Monday.

The two parcels are located on the north side of C.R. 6, east of C.R. 101. Debra Hughes, project engineer for Marbach Engineering and Surveying, said Forest River was approached by the property owners and was contemplating future development opportunities for its operations. The rezoning approval was one of the first hurdles in the company making a decision, she said, according to a story by The Goshen News.

Hughes said the company is not interested in immediate expansion.
