CellTuck launches CellTuck Live for Dealerships' Websites

Mon Aug 21, 2017

CellTuck has announced its newest product release, CellTuck Live. The new product allows users to stream live demos from mobile to desktop, so that what you see on the phone, your prospect sees while on your website.

This new tool includes a dedicated iPhone. When the phone rings or a text comes in, with one click the dealer is hosting a live demo with their prospect while speaking with them. The strengths of the product are that the prospect is on your website on a page filled with incentives. In addition, once the session is over, unlike other video messaging options, the video is saved and can be shared over and over again.

The ability to have a dedicated phone in your pocket, answer it on demand and speak with your prospect regardless of their location is an innovative approach to customer satisfaction and sales. All you have to do is simply click to open the LIVE app on the mobile phone and walk through the unit while answering questions and showing all the hot points of the unit. This could become one of the most powerful tools any dealer will have, according to a press release.
